"I will say overall it was a good stay. But it was speckled with not so great things. I really don't judge a lot on customer service, so when I point it out, it wasn't great. The check in was not the friendliest, the person was short and curt with her answers, didn't tell us how to get to our rooms, and wasn't explaining things and why they were a certain way.
