The food was lovely, we had breakfast everyday and had a few evening meals 10/10.
The hotel was also central for the town the bus and train station should you wished to go off to Belfast or Dublin for the day."

"Where to start - I was clearly looking warm and tired upon my arrival so the staff made sure my room was ready early so I could settle in and freshen up. I asked for directions to the nearest shopping precinct only to be told it was a little too far to walk to on such a hot day, but a member of staff would be happy to drive me there. "Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently).
Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily.
Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."
