It was in a good location close to shops and food outlets about 5minutes walk, Door entry was very straightforward using a keypad touch, a good kitchen and clean

Terrible room , This listing is completely fraudulent and unsafe. Arrived with my family to find no front desk, no staff, and no available parking despite what was promised. The building felt like a ghost house and was being used as a prostitution location. On top of that, the rooms were broken down and looked nothing like the photos. We felt completely unsafe, could not stay, and had to request an emergency refund and relocation. Absolute nightmare—do not stay here.

A basic rooftop room in a town house. A double bed, wardrobe, ensuite shower, toilet and sink. There was only a couple of plug sockets away from the bed that I could find. the TV was mounted on the wall and did accept streaming from my phone once connected to the WIFI which was handy. The roof window/skylight was filled in with wood so the room had no natural light. The bathroom was small and a bit cramped but service the purpose but I didn't have hot water at all from either the sink or shower despite leaving the water to run for sometime. Overall for the money paid it was fine, I just needed a place to crash while going about my business. The local area had a couple of pubs a few restaurants and a nearby local shop. Good bus links into the city center and you could walk it in 20-25 minutes if you wanted to.

Nice appartment in a converted victorian house. It is opposite a Holiday Inn Express, which was very useful for breakfast, although there is a shared kitchen in the house.

Las fotos de las habitaciones no son reales. La habitación # 10 (que fue donde nos toco hospedarnos) no contaba con ningún tipo de ventilación ni luz natural, no tenia ventanas. El espacio es muy reducido, la presión de la regadera es pésima, el lavamanos estaba tapado al igual que la regadera. No se como permiten rentar un espacio así y para dos personas donde, en algún momento y debido a la nula ventilación se vuelve pesado respirar. Y además olvidamos algo en la habitación y al comunicarnos nos indicaron que no habían encontrado nada y ya no volvieron a contestar ningún mensaje.

It was clean and easily accessible. Parking on the street was pretty easy, (we arrived in April) and fairly quiet on a Saturday night. Walkable to many sights!

A great room for a budget stop over. This room had everything we needed for using as a base. With one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. But budget is the key word here. Paper cups for morning coffees and we only had one towel between two...

As a mainland Brit, I was pleased with the amenities offered for the price. There were some things (a kitchen) that I wasn't expecting, but I gather are pretty normal inclusions in NI. But nothing was unwelcome: the other guests were unobtrusive, the location was good, and the stay overall was very pleasant.

La douche était bouchée et a coulé sur l'étage du bas.. dès notre arrivée. Nous n'avons pas utiliser le café, car la bouilloire était remplie de calcaire. Nous avons manqué de papier de toilette en plein milieu de la semaine...

Really easy check in with the electronic locks. Good location, short walk from Ulster museum and about 20mins to the centre. Quiet street, with no noise internally or externally. Comfy and clean bed.

Loved the bedroom in a room in the room; this protected my sleep from outside noise and light. Best sleep in a hotel room yet! Good location, close to where I needed to be. The hotel doesn't seem to have staff on location, but when I rang the number, the guy answered promptly, super friendly and resolved my issue (lost door code) immediately.

Do NOT believe the photos! This is a formerly glorious home that has been carved up into individual rooms. I’ve stayed in places like this before,but the lack of quality of workmanship says let’s do this as cheaply as possible. Shower doesn’t drain. Garbage and poorly maintained exterior and interior says make money,who cares about anything else. Springs in the mattress sticking into my ribs made for a fitful night.neighborhood was inner city typical. But come on…do better.

Spot was great, near everything. unfortunately, bed was super incomfortsble and old matress( you could feel the spings ) only 2 cups for a 2 day stay. Littery was fine. Super noisy! People going in/out as if they were in the actual room. Could hear people talk on their phones.

The room was catered to tall people. I am all of 5ft. Digital padlock was quite high and so couldn't see numbers clearly. The mirror over the sink, and soap dispensers were designed for use by tall people. Suggest that the provider put up a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc. The shower stall was a little tight. All this can be coped with. What really was BAD was there was no hot water during the whole of Day 2 of my stay. The staff kept saying it was out of their control. Up to check out time, still no hot water. It was rainy and cold that day. I believe some kind of compensation can be offered. I called their emergency number for assistance but there was no response from staff, although they said the number was manned from 9am - 9 pm. I called well before 9 pm. I only got a message from the system only the next morning. Free parking was available so that is a positive point
