"Its a small but comfy house. Clean and well kept. It had what we needed. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need but bring all spices, sugars and condiments. The best part is you walk out the back door and 20 feet away is the beach. Easy to get to, no stones, all sand. We didn't swim that wasn't on our list to do but we did enjoy campfires and sunsets right on the beach. We saw eagles and pelicans and we enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the beach. "The house was just what we wanted. The view over the lake was gorgeous, the private beach was a huge perk, the location was great. Our kids loved the garage full of water toys and bikes. Definitely recommend. "

For prospective families: Bring binoculars to enjoy the wildlife and bay from the back porch! The park is right across the street! Yard is perfect for whatever yard games you can bring! Bring a basketball because you can see the basketball court from the front porch. "

"The cottage by the lake was a very nicely built and appointed house, with the living area on the main level featuring a half bath and two bedrooms, a full bath, and a sitting area with a hide-a-bed couch on the second level. The kitchen has just about everything you will need for a stay. The owner of the cottage was available for any questions. The road into the cottage was easy to find and plenty of parking was available. The walk from the parking area across the owners yard to the cottage...

"Great, cozy and clean home and plenty of space. The area was safe and friendly-my kids made friends with a few neighborhood kids during our stay and they wanted us to move in!The home was well supplied with the essentials. We bought our own spices for cooking as the spices that were in the kitchen were expired. We wished they would've had a dishwasher but not a deal breaker. The owner messaged about fixing a coffee table that was wobbly and asked if their maintenence guy could come by and fix...

"We had a nice family vacation here. We enjoyed the kayaks and peaceful time near the water. The kids had fun playing. The house was comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with cookware. We enjoyed watching the pelicans swim by, too. We appreciated the many little touches that made the place so comfortable. Would recommend!"

"We booked this house for a group of 14 adults ranging in age from 21 - 57. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed all the amenities this house had to offer. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Tyler was very good at checking in before, during and after our stay. He was also quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again."
