You wont even have time to unpack before you are out on the porch sitting your cares away... and fresh air to make you say this is it. Year round enjoyment including snowmobiling, fishing, cross country skiing, biking, nature walks. Pensaukee River runs right in the backyard!

The home design is custom & offers the most amazing exposed wood beams, architectural features, classical cabin feel but with openness for modern tastes that highlights the uniqueness. Enjoy your very own home spa with sauna, swimming pool & hot tub, yoga sun room. Panoramic views with an abundance of windows and skylights that lets the natural light pour in. Outbuildings, acreage, ponds, fire pit please provide your own wood, private, sand volleyball.
The house has 3 outdoor cameras 2 in front entry one in the back of the house are use for safty security purpuse only.
House is divided into two sections but connected together great for families/groups private but still together.
1st. area Main has 2 Bedrooms, 1-king, 1-queen, living area, dining, kitchen, sunroom, indoor pool, workout area, sauna, 3.5bath.
2nd. area 2 Bedroom- 1-king, 2-queen, 1 full bath, living area.

All seasons are beautiful here, as nature puts on a display of brilliant colors depending on the time of year. We hope your stay at the cabin will be a time of refreshment and renewal.

Host ruined our vacation

I had this property booked for at least 6 months and received multiple emails confirming our stay. We had 5 people in 3 cars driving 3 hours en route to this rental. We never received access information to the house on the confirmation emails so I sent several messages to the host on VRBO, texted, and called her - the text messages and phone calls never went through to working line (undeliverable). I finally had to call VRBO and they tried to contact the host, unsuccessfully, and told me they were going to refund our money. The five of us were left scrambling to find last minute accommodations for the weekend in rural Wisconsin. Thankfully, we found another house rental (not through vrbo) that was able to get us in within an hour. The host of this property finally responded hours later saying she was on a plane. She texted me on the side offering a discount if we wanted to go back. I wouldn’t rely on this vacation rental or a host that offers discounts on the side.

5th birthday

We booked this with a group of friends for my daughters 5th bday. Property was fantastic. Pool was warm, hot tub was hot. Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Lots of steps and stairs. Sonif you have leg, ankle, foot or hip issue i dont reccomend. Host was nice, when she messaged. First few messages were a little delayed, but got the info we needed in the time frame we needed it.

60th Birthday with Family

This was an amazing place to spend my birthday with husband, mother, mother in law, children and grandchildren. We bought rain boots and walked around in the water from all the rain while exploring the outdoors. Didn’t matter that it rained we swam every day. An absolutely beautiful home with the perfect layout for families. My grandson didn’t want to leave asked if we could live here. Highly recommend!!

A very unique stay

This place was perfect for the 2 families that stayed here. So much space! The pool area was an amazing! You could tell the house was built a while ago but we loved the custom design throughout the entire house. There isn’t much I would change about the place. The kitchen was a little outdated but other than that, this place had it all.

PLEASE DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE.

The property was nice. That’s the only good thing I could say about the property. There is not heating in the lower level. The communication with the host was terrible. I didn’t get any info on how to check in until 10 mins before my arrival time. Getting a hold of the host while there was terrible

Nice house for kids - pool is cold

Pool is not heated and is pretty cold. Water in the hot tub smells like metal and the water in the showers is not great. The hot tub jets don’t really have any strength to them and isn’t too hot. The house had a musty smell probably due to the high humidity of the pool. Nice layout of the house especially if you have younger kids that you want to put in the adjoining rooms. The pool is very nice once you get over the shock of 75 degree water. The window in the kitchen is great for grandmas watching kids playing kn the pool. Nice property to explore even in the winter. Unquie vintage architecture and fixtures.

We rented this more expensive property because of indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. Sauna not very hot, pool never above 70, hot tub jets do not work all the time and temp varies and whole pool room temp also varies alot. Outlet by toaster didn't work, at least 10 light bulbs needed replacement, 1st floor bedroom door handle coming apart, dirty air fryer, no blender which they said was there, lower bedroom very cold, garage bedroom couple broken cabinet doors. Safety concerns were no railings on front steps, by pool or hot tub, and did not see any smoke alarms. We still did have an awesome time house and outside was beautiful. They supplied paper products and towels .Bedrooms were spread out for privacy.

Childfree getaway

Beautiful home and property! The pool and hot tub were great and very clean. Overall we had an amazing 4 day stay! I'm sure we will be coming back year after year. Great place! Thank you for having us 😊 The air wasn't on when we got there and it was HOT, took about 6 hours for the whole house to cool down. The patio furniture cushions definitely need to be replaced, but there was a good amount of outdoor seating. Consider having a binder with some basic instructions maybe places near by to visit, restaurants. Guests could also write a little bit about what they did/how the weather was etc. Would be fun to look back at as reoccuring guests

This home is big, beautiful and clean. All rooms were as stated. The kitchen got a little crowded at times but we made it work. The pool and hot tub were spectacular.The quietness of this property was fantastic. A big beautiful front porch was the perfect place to sit and read.

Accessibility

Overall the stay was wonderful. We have a few observations that may need addressing. The lack of handrails on any of the stone stairs made walking challenging for anyone who is not a kid. We had no one who was handicapped, but the house was not handicap accessible. We had one person who did fall on the front entry stone stairs and may not have if there were rails available. It is a very nice, fun environment and we had a great time. The refrigerator ice maker was not working. The water came out, but no ice. The stove exhaust fan was non-functional. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances for all types of cooking. The pool building was clean and fresh with lots of towels! It was clean and warm and we used it a lot. All the beds were very comfortable. There's a creek and two ponds and the outside shrubbery around the house could use trimming. But, we couldn't find a lake or a waterfront??

Third stay

Our third vacation in Krakow. Such a tranquil spot. Our only suggestion would be to add a sink, microwave and dorm size fridge in the beautiful area above the garage, like in a motel room. We plan to come back again next year.

Communication was odd, property was perfect

The property is beautiful and clean. As others have mentioned, the bedrooms are all quite separate from each other: 1 queen bedroom right by front door (no private bathroom: across from main bathroom w/toilet and tub - no shower), 1 king bedroom in loft off main living area (private bathroom w/toilet, but no door for bathroom), 1 king bedroom in basement off pool area (private bathroom w/toilet & shower, but no door for bathroom), 1 king bedroom above garage (shared bathroom w/toilet & shower), 2 queen bedroom above garage (shared bathroom w/toilet & shower). There is an additional bathroom w/toilet & shower in pool area. The pool area includes a good amount of water toys as well as seating. Be aware that the temperature in the pool area is kept very high (88F), and the floors are extremely slippery. Another thing to note: the kitchen cooking area is quite small and poorly designed. The property is baby/kid friendly as a baby gate is installed by the spiral staircase in the main living area, the pool stairs are blocked by doors, there are a few toys, and the main bathroom has a potty training seat. Outside, there is a grill on the deck, a patio w/chairs and a fireplace, a volleyball court, and a spacious lawn. The mosquitos are pretty bad, so bring bug spray. Also, if you want a fire, you need to bring your own firewood. Property owner seems paranoid: she did not want to give me address, wouldn’t send check in information until day of, and has outdoor cameras installed.

Amazing house

The house was beautiful..i give the house a 10 only issue i had with the house is the ground level bedroom was freezing..even though its the summertime there is no thermostat down there to control the temperature and it was extremely cold down there everyone is not comfortable with ac..the host needs communication skills i actually had to call and get the check in info and when i texted her bout other issue like the temperature and the freezer wasnt cold when we got there so my food was thawing out it took her the next day to even respond. I have rented several houses and the host always was on point when it comes to answering questions while there. Overall it was still an amazing house and the family really enjoyed everything, nice and peacful..i would rent it again as long as the host communicates better
