"This hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay. The bus from NRT takes you right in front of the hotel so it’s like getting an Uber to drop you off. I will definitely be back!"

"First time in Japan and we were satisfied with the hotel and location. Of course we could have been somewhere closer to city center or electric city, but this location was perfect for our itinerary. "The hotel itself was excellent. The room was small but I was solo and staying overnight only. There was a TV but mounted in a weird place so had to turn myself from the bed in order to watch. I was able to change the language to English and watched Netflix by signing into my account. The air con worked nicely. The shower would start with hot and then get cold and then get hot again. Not sure if that's how it was supposed to be to conserve water or get you to hurry up in the shower. So I had to...
