Staff at all of the outlets and pools really make it special for all guests. Plenty of pool seats and options. Room service and Sugarsand meals were a highlight! "A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Kuta! We had an amazing stay at Avanya Resort Bali Kuta. The location is perfect — close to the beach yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.
