"Food was not the best"

"The hotel was generally ok, but not for a 5 star. It was a good 4 star experience. The room was too small for 5 stars, we had room to have one baggage without tripping over it - luckily we only needed and brought one. The bathroom is nice, except for the mirror / sink part, that is enclosed in a kind of nook, and you have no room to put any cosmetics - I had difficulty finding a place to put my shaving utensils, I had to put them in the sink, which made for an unpleasant experience. "The welcome was very weird. It was all down to business. All give me your passports and your credit card details before we heard a "welcome to nobis" and got a welcome Cava. Apart from that our stay was fine but I think there are enough good hotels in palma that we're unlikely to stay here a third time"
