"Beautiful suites, helpful staff"

"It's a beautiful hotel and location is very convenient for everything. You can walk to Pier 39, the ferry building, or other restaurants nearby easily. The Garden court for the breakfast is so unique and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staffs are very helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious. the bathroom is kind of small. It does not have enough space to put my make up stuffs and a hair blow dryer We enjoy our short vacation there."

"Parking is a bit pricey and it would be nice if there was at least a discount for overnight guests. Appreciate that there are plenty of water fountains to fill your own bottle with filtered water. Room was clean and very pretty, bathroom was humongous. Pool area was well maintained but there were not enough sun chairs for everyone on Saturday afternoon. This is the perfect little resort to come for a whole family wellness trip to swim, exercise and eat well."

"We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else."

"Immediately greeted when we pulled into the private round about. They helped with our luggage. We had a speedy check in. The hotels smells amazing! My friend literally says omg! Carmen this smells like one of your perfumes! It was delightful. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. We are so happy with our stay, no question we will stay again here."
