"Good location. Service pretty poor for a boutique 5 star hotel. We were greeted with lots of free extras none of which were actually available to us. When ordering our complimentary cocktails we were told we had to go back to our rooms and present our check in form (quite a hassle as the lifts were slow) even though this was never mentioned. When we decided to leave instead no one was in the least bit bothered."
