The only negative was the front desk was not very helpful after loosing iPods. They didn’t even ask the location of where we lost it. The snack bar needs a variety of other items. It also runs out quickly."

"-very clean property/room -great food -great amenities: love they have 5 different pools -friendly staff -only one block away from the beach -probably one of the best hotels in the area -the only thing is we could’ve checked in early but this one front desk lady didn’t understand english (we asked “can we check in a little early or do we have to wait until exactly 3pm?” and she said yes). People who came after us checked in right away (around 2:30pm, while we’re still waiting in the lobby)....

Our Sweet room was stylish and very well equipped and the hotel was in a great location for exploring Palma with great bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
