"Horrible Hotel, No staff, motel grade. I don’t know how it is advertised 4-5 star. We arrived at 1am the hotel lobby was dark no staff no attendant. We had to yell to have someone coming to the front desk to check us in. We had to park our rented car at the entrance as no valet. Neighborhood looks run down and you have to cross the street to go to the beach. We booked this hotel for 5 nights but we had to leave after just 9 hrs. Pool location terrible between buildings.
