"Clean but very basic. I'd give this hotel a 2 star rating. No wakeup call service. A basic. ❌ No help with suitcases. ❌ Shuttle to/from the airport was useless. Millions of people trying to get on and not frequent. Also no collection offered after 9:30. ❌ Overall I wouldn't stay again."

"Buena habitación."

"En general bien a excepción de la climatización de la habitación y el restaurante, que podria ser más cálida en dias frios de enero"

"The room was clean and quiet but very basic and quite small, with no electric kettle provided. Considering the amenities, it felt overpriced. The staff were average overall, though a few of the female staff came across as somewhat unfriendly. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent."

"Sehr schönen Aufenthalt, in der Rezeption sehr nett, die Zimmer sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt und neuen Handtücher und Bettlaken gelegt. Es wird bestimmt nicht mein letztes Mal sein! Schön ausgestattet. Gute Lage, von da aus vieles zu Fuß erreichbar."

"Hotel was well located and the rooftop pool is great"

"The breakfast staff were downright rude. Compared to other hotels in Madrid where we stayed, this was a bit overpriced for what you were getting and they were under construction."

"We paid extra to get the rooms earlier to sleep - reasonably priced and key accommodation. Sheets had to be changed - handled quickly. Breakfast slightly expensive for limited choice in fruits and healthy choices - too many sweets, comparatively."

"Un hotel que me ha sorprendido muy agradablemente. Repetiré sin duda cuando vuelva a Madrid. Muy práctico y céntrico. Personal muy atento "

"Nice modern, well-maintained hotel that is kept very clean. Super friendly staff happy to help with anything. Superb breakfast with lots of variety plus eggs cooked fresh to order. Try the poached eggs or the omelettes. Oh and the location opposite Atocha station makes it super convenient not only for travel but also its proximity to El Prado, Reina Sofia, Retiro Park, amongst others. Plus dedicated pickup point outside for taxis bolt uber etc. Ignore the mesh outside the windows and the...

"Great hotel. Everything was perfect"

"Personal muy atento, habitación un poco pequeña para la cama tan grande."

"Good overall"

"Room was fine but too hot because it’s winter and only heating worked. The only way to cool off the room was to open the window which let noise in. Food and bar were nice. Noisy from people arriving and departing for the airport at all hours of the night."

"Muy buen servicio, atentos."
