"Liked that it was close to the airport. The checkin took a long time. There needs to be a better indication of where the rooms are located. I took a wrong turn at the elevators because there was no indication near the elevators where the room directions where. I considered that the whole layout resembled a rats maze that I was too tired to appricate."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for three days. The ambiance in the lobby was beautiful, food and drinks were tasty. Hospitality was amazing, staff were friendly and prompt. We had a great time in the Casino. The location for us was great, it was in walking distance to Tivoli amusement park. "

"A great stay, fantastic location on the edge of Hyde Park, close to Lancaster Gate tube station. Ate in the hotel and the food was good value. All in all would definitely return next time we go to London. "
