"The location is excellent. The rooms are decent sized. There was a limitless supply of bottled water. The staff responded quickly to requests and with one exception were kind and pleasant. On the negative side, the first room had no AC and smelled like BO. The beds had springs on the edges that scratched and scraped and presented a danger. The carpeting was worn out in places and things fell apart. Overall, I prefer the Marriott Marquis."

"The hotel and staff were great but the only problems were the shower was missing a glass door so the water would spill all over the bathroom floor. Don’t tell me the hotel is not aware of an entire shower door missing. Also the bathroom doors don’t lock so people can accidentally walk in on you. Why would a hotel have a set up like this?"

"Very clean, nice renovated rooms, cool location. However —Big negative is that restaurant reception is super unhelpful, you never get a table and they do always ask to wait one hour…. All this despite being regular having stayed 50x there - especially on weekends with family super unhelpful and rude… even when place is empty they do not let you in… in sum the hotel should urgently fix this as not top hotel style."

"I was under the impression that you can use the fourth floor seating area to take pictures and hang out. But it is connected to the restaurant and the restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel and they do not allow you to sit out there just as a paying room person. I was a little disappointed in that. Also, the room had some mechanical issues knobs on the faucet, and the shower didn’t work properly."
