"Great location in Times Square. Very busy and crowded hotel as expected. Front desk or other staff unwilling to mail a stamped post card for us. Restaurant over priced. Very few fresh food choices at grab and go shop. Lots of available seating to eat and wait for tide after check out. Comfortable beds but no king or queen beds on property. Ran out of wash cloths and cups for coffee. Friendly housekeeping staff."

"Staff: I was greeted with a smile and/or verbal acknowledgements by all employees in my vicinity during my guest stay including front office staff, housekeepers, and perceived security staff throughout the hotel. I was provided complimentary water by a team member in the AM hours without asking. I liked that. The housekeepers I interacted with were friendly and polite. I did not know team member names.
