"Infelizmente o hotel nao tem mais condições de estar em funcionamento, muito menos com 4 estrelas. Sujo, mal conservado, ar condicionado funcionando mal, improvisado e com barulho, infelizmente nao tem nada funcionando e muito menos com a limpeza e manutencao minima."

"The hotel is in a good position and has everything you need. However, it is in dire need of a refurbishment. The rooms are tired, worn down and at least 20 years since being redecorated. For what you pay, I would expect a larger bathroom. The Peloton bikes, and there are 5, at least 3 don't work, and they are all falling apart and look like they have never been serviced. As for the lifts, they are terrible, and can't service the guests; you could wait 10-15 minutes! It was so bad when we checked...
