"Decent enough Hotel with comfortable bed and bathroom facilities as expected. Disappointing menu for evening dinner, not a great choice if you don’t like fried food! The other issue is all the extra charges that are levied on your charge card which weren’t previously mentioned when booking the room with breakfast included. This needs to be better explained to Customers. Location ok, near a few subway stations so access to central Manhattan was fine."

"Our room was very cute but unfortunately the mini fridge was broken. I didn’t realize until I went to grab my dinner I put in the fridge and it was warm and gross. The light was flickering on and off, I thought maybe the light was broken but turns out the fridge was. I talked to the employee on shift that night when I went looking for food, and when I told him what happened, he said he applied 30% off the room.
