"Tub drain was clogged but maintenance fixed it right away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, but it was free, so no complaints. The set up made for a chaotic, somewhat frustrating experience at the busiest time in the morning, but again, tolerable. Clean hotel. No major issues during our 5 night stay."

"Stayed for two nights and there were knocking sounds coming from the pipes in the early morning hours and late night hours. The engineer said it was from other rooms taking showers. So do not plan on a good night’s sleep here. Breakfast was empty both mornings from 8:30 to 9. It was just empty and nothing was refilled. The female staff in the large breakfast room felt it was her responsibility to use a condescending tone inform guests who opened the multitude of empty breakfast pans, that they...

"Disappointed by the brand , room delivered with the toilet dirty not even flushed out . TV remote control was sticky . Room indicated to have a sofa bed but was in reality only a small sofa not convertible. Breakfast provided and was a good quality . Asked for extra towels never arrived to room. Overall not a good experience "

"Loved the hotel and the room, the location was amazing and close to the nicest area in the city, the river walk… took so many pictures and walked so much my feet will hurt for weeks but loved every step, hope to come back soon and stay here again… loved it all "
