"I’m not sure if the hotel had a lack of staff but I called for towels and never received any, the next day they brought towels shortly after I called again."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered us great suggestions for places to visit during our stay and were very kind! The location was so convenient to the Chicago Theater! I will be back."

"I was surprised that they only provide paper cups in the room, like a motel. When complained, they told me they would send some glass cups, they never did. Very disappointed by their service. The room was very noisy and the hvac did not work well and kind of noisy. I don’t think i will return. They also charge lots of destination fees for nothing. The bed was very soft, no cabinets or drawers in the room."
