"Air conditioner wasn’t working properly so it got very hot in the room during the day. Staff were nice. Airport/train shuttle was super helpful!"

"The room was fine, but the shower was terrible—multiple inches of water building up within a minute of turning it on (and not completely draining for hours). We asked the front desk for help several times but nothing was done. At these prices, travelers should not have to put up with problems like this. I would recommend staying elsewhere."

"The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained. It is located at the base of an L train. Stop that whisks passengers to Midway airport in 30 minutes. The location also gives access to Grant Park, State Street and the miracle mile. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean."
