"I reserved 2 rooms, only one was ready when we checked in so we had to get ready for a concert in one room. There were 5 women trying to get ready to go out in one room. Then we came back after the concert, we were told our connecting wasn't available due to unforseen circumstances. We were given a complimentary room 10 floors away. The room was not very clean and uncomfortable. The complimentary coffee machine was broken and there weren't enough cups or coffee in the rooms for a morning...
