Although location, lobby and stuff was good the newly updated rooms at the West tower were dirty and poorly taken care of. Kasa South Loop Chicago
would not recommend staying here. The biggest issue was communication—responses were delayed, unclear, and not helpful when needed. This made resolving even minor concerns frustrating and time-consuming. The noise monitoring system is excessively sensitive and creates an uncomfortable environment. ...
