Le ménage est très aléatoire, les femmes de ménage n’arrivait jamais à la même heure et venait à chaque fois à 8h30 donc encore au lit… Sinon content de notre sejour"

"Friendly staff, spacious rooms, delicious and cheap hot buffet breakfast, on-site parking and a small shop for snacks. The hotel is located a short walk from Northwestern University’s campus so it wax super convenient for my daughter’s graduation. I cannot say enough about how surprised I was. "

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Told me best local stores to buy food/drinks, as well as a bunch of great local restaurants. Even lent me a bottle opener when I needed one. Everyone was so nice and the hotel was clean and had everything I could want, right near the fun part of town."

"The hotel is literally 20 steps from an entrance to the red line train at Grand and State, so that’s convenient. Also a bus stop in front of hotel. A number of good dining options within walking distance. The river walk area is about four blocks away. We arrived before our room was ready and they happily stored our luggage for us so we could get lunch. It is very loud at night with sirens constantly blaring, but that’s just the city."

"The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Some of the furnishings though are getting frayed at the edges and there don't seem to be enough enough luggage carts in good repair. Also, the pool has not been brought back into service after covid. Additionally, there's no Continental breakfast. Additional handicap parking spaces would be nice when at capacity."
