"Staff is extremely friendly. I would recommend that the hotel invest in ant traps/ bait as they were everywhere in the room. The restaurant 6/10. Parking needs improvement and have more spaces for guests. The cenote was closed due to construction but im sure it wouldve been enjoyable to if it was open. "

"Had an amazing stay at MIA. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront—with a great-sized pool and genuinely friendly staff (special shoutout to Anna!). One of the highlights was the beachside massage setup—super relaxing and thoughtfully done. Our room had stunning views of both the ocean and pool, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just incredible. The bathroom was spacious and laid out well. Overall, such a serene and memorable experience—I’d absolutely come back."

"I was extremely disappointed that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It was definitely my fault I didn’t do my due diligence on checking if they had it but I assumed all hotels did. It was extremely uncomfortable, hot and sticky, not enjoyable. I had to leave early. The walls in the bedrooms were gross, shower was dirty looking and worn down. The greeter at the front desk said there was a pool, it was green and had caution tape all around it.. beach was covered in sea weed. Just overall...

"We loved our stay at Villa Pescadores! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Thank you Vic, Bani, Francisco, David, Leo, Miguel, Ezequiel, and many more smiling faces whose name I didn’t catch. The location was peaceful and absolutely stunning. We rented e-bikes on the days we wanted to check out other areas in Tulum. Overall the perfect trip!"
