"It is a new property. There is construction still going on in adjacent units. The apartment was warm and cozy, perfect for winter. Hot water supply was very good. It is located a short walk from the main shopping street and the bus station. Everything we needed was within walking distance including some nice restaurants, the waterfront and the artisan market. "Excellent property for before and after TDP hike. Very cozy, nice and clean. Even though there js no reception, the communication via WhatsApp is excellent, fast and expedient. It is in Spanish though, so get your translator handy. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. All the kitchen utensils are available for cooking and the major supermarket is 5 walking minutes away. Property manager allowed me to store my bad there while I was on a hike to TDP. Highly recommend the place and would stay...

"This a great place to stay for a few days in Punta Arenas. It is close to the heart of the downtown but not so much that it is noisy. The little kitchenette is perfect for a meal in and the breakfast offerings were very sweet. The bed was also comfy and the room was very clean. Thanks to the staff for their warm welcome and friendliness!"
