"The location is unbeatable (it's right next to the bus terminal, train station, and the cable car to the Eiger and Jungfrau). The hotel has a lovely bar with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river. The breakfast is very complete. The views from the rooms are spectacular, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it."

"We loved this hotel. We felt extremely welcomed from the moment we arrived. We had a great lunch on the patio before checking in, then had a great Fondue dinner inside after hiking the Panorama trail (the highlight of our entire trip). Breakfast was excellent as well. We got a forest view room, which while small, was updated and modern and made great use of the space. It also had a very nice view of the chalets on the hill and a group of goats.
