"The staff was pleasant and made you feel welcome and comfortable. To reach the room on the second floor , we had to walk down a flight of stairs to access our room as a result of the hotel being old. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family and friends because of the staff and comfort of the rooms and close proximity to shops, cafes and museums."

"Great location right in the heart of Cork, easily walkable to all the shops, restaurants, bars. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bath and mini-kitchen were extremely well-equipped and modern (high-pressure showerhead, nice rosemary-mint bath products stocked, small fridge, oven, dishwasher, cookware and serve ware). "We had a car rental and we’re traveling around Ireland when we happen upon this location. If you’re using Expedia, you’ll want to contact the owner in order to get the instructions as Expedia may changes and he cannot contact direct at this time we called he text the instructions. It was very easy to get into the property safe and quiet. Our room was amazing roomy for three. And there were free breakfast options serve yourself. We will definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful home."

"The hotel is in the middle of Kinsale and so is a good spot to be able to explore the town. The downside is the availability of parking. We were able to park in a free public lot up a hill and just past a grocery store and firehouse, ( if you go you can find it on a google map ) and the walk was only 5-10 minutes at most and not a problem for most people. I'd do it again if in Kinsale. "
