"The best staff! I accidentally booked one night too few and didn't realize the mistake until the last day when they called and asked if we had checked out. Desk + housekeeping went above & beyond to find another room for the extra day and move is there as when the error was pointed out to us we were several hours away from the hotel. Free coffee + tea downstairs at all hours, plus the neighborhood was cute and quiet. Easy to get a good night's sleep."

"We really enjoyed the stunning pool, and the proper Finnish sauna at the property. Pool is heated and warm even in February and it was equipped with a powerful hydromassage. The location is great and offers long days of sun with views to Teide and ocean. We also enjoyed watching the sun set in the atlantic ocean. Car is recommended and the private garage is good for parking. Last night of our stay the host arranged a skilled professional chef and waitress to come with us at the property. They...

"The staff were very nice. The bathrooms weren’t fully functioning (cold water, plugged drain, no inner shower curtain and outer curtain covered in mold). Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean."
