"Clean room, polite and helpful staff. The option to leave luggage on the day of departure. A few things were not quite right in the rooms but we weren't paying to dollar, so we thought it was good value overall. Just got to be ok with lots of steps. Also definitely no breakfast available. Wetherspoons close by though."

"Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed, no check in desk or staff. Room was filthy and unclean , dirty sheets , blood on the curtains. No working light in the room. Broken bathroom and no flooring. Left immediately, contact hotel via WhatsApp , no response for hours. I have photos to document this , Warning do not ever stay here. They refused any accountability or refund. "

"Lovely room and incredibly clean which is nice. However hardly any staff there ever. We had an issue with a couple of things and no one there to sort it so just had to make do. Also at night there is an emergency exit light which is extremely bright and nothing to black it out. The views were really lovely though and the place is quiet. My partner had a lot of difficulty getting into our room though as there was no one at reception and we booked for two. He had to call a number whilst I was at...

"Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything. Friendly enough staff, but clueless. I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down. The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged...
