"Very average for what you get but good value for staying so close to downtown Banff. The AC was very loud but worked quite well to cool the room. The bathroom sink had no counters so was a bit inconvenient to put toiletries. There was no closet, the room was basic. Overall not bad, would stay again since it’s much more affordable than other hotels nearby."

"Pretty alright hotel. The wifi is very patchy and the walls are thin so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to bring some earplugs. Overall, the location is great and the staff are friendly/helpful."
