AC blew cold, premium channels and room was cleaned every day, I will definitely visit again, although there is no restaurant food choices are a short distance, the laundry machines work, but people must be considerate with other people's laundry, our laundry was left drying, we had our phones set to return to take them out. Only to find them out the dryer already in a corner on a countertop. With a guest drying their clothes."...

"The host welcomed us was VERY nice. He answered all of our questions and more. He doesn't know but he saved our cruise departure with his advise (what time leaving the hotel to get to the port to be on time). The lobby is under rénovation but not really impact us. Second time we stayed there, easy to get to Time Square by the path by foot."

"We had a great stay! We would totally stay again. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy and quick. Room was spotless and pretty spacious. We were very thankful for the cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable. No microwave in the room but it is downstairs in the lobby along with water dispenser and coffee maker available what seemed to be all day! Breakfast was a bit limited but hey, it was included so all good! The price we stayed for was great. Only complaint is that when all...

"It was a pleasant stay for the Night. They could use a little more up grades added to the room such as soap/shampoo dispensers for the shower, Hand clothes, a box of tissue, maybe add some disposable cups and a bag for the ice bucket."
