"We had a wonderful stay at the Melia. The villas are big and spacious and the private pools are a great addition. The food was generally good at the buffets and the beachfront location is very good. The best thing about the Melia though are the staff, they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We must mention Khuong from the concierge team who changed the battery in our door lock and Heiu at the pool bar in the Menorca pool who were fantastic and great fun to chat to. "It's the typical guest house rooms by the water. They have 2 locations, I didn't know this when I book after my friend book with them. They send me to the other side of the water. We had to carry 2 heavy luggage over the bridge. No elevators to 3rd floor. Room is basic, typical shower without cover so water can get everywhere. The staff are friendly and nice though. Great balcony view. They do give you new towels and water. Place is quiet enough. Bed is on the harder side. We were not lucky, but...

L’établissement est au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante. Nous avons adorés séjourner au Bambusa qui est l’adresse à retenir sur l’île de Phu Quoc. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici.
