Cozy duplex apartment in the Baltic Sea Zinnowitz, on spacious 63sqm. Modern and stylishly furnished, the apartment for 2 - 6 persons is the ideal accommodation for your holiday in the Baltic Sea. Quietly located and yet you are in a few minutes in the center of the Oseebades and on the pier. Wi-Fi included. A cozy sitting area, a modern wardrobe combination, a large flat-screen TV, a pull-out dining table with 6 chairs, a DVD player, and a CD radio provide a cozy ambience. The living room has a maxi-sitting area with the latest sleep function, which can be converted into a double bed with foam mattress with a few simple steps.   The bedroom is in the attic, accessible via a space-saving staircase. Here you have a large double bed with 1.80 m wide deck area, and a spacious dresser available. In the second, slightly smaller bedroom with beautiful triangular window are two beds each 0.90 m wide deck area. a large wardrobe and 2 bedside housed. Another LCD TV unit can also be used to "dozing". Our bathroom is fully equipped with shower, toilet, sink. The kitchen is fully equipped, stove with oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A built-in counter with 2 bar stools opens the possibility of a cozy drink. All the windows of this apartment Plissee'-plants were set as privacy and shade. Our guests receive sheets and towels at no extra charge. If you travel with a toddler, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair for free. Furthermore, our apartment is equipped with an Internet connection (DSL), free calls to the German landline are possible via this. From the living room you get to the spacious balcony (balcony furniture combination available), an ideal place to relax, for breakfast in the sunshine or for a glass of wine in the evening.

Problemlose Anreise.Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten. Sehr sauber. Bettwäsche wurde gegen Gebühr gestellt.Aussen sehr laut,das Hauptverkehrsstrasse.Reinigung gewöhnungsbedürftig.Ein Handtuch für Geschirr,3 Spültabs für eine Woche und Toilettenpapier nur eine Rolle.OK. Haben alles selber besorgt.Trotzdem traumhafte Ausstattung.

Wir haben uns gleich Pudelwohl gefühlt. Wir sind als Familie mit 3 Kindern (2,5 und 7Jahre)dahin gereist. Allerdings wohnen unter dieser Wohnung Ältere Herrschaften welche am Anfang super nett waren. Ab dem 2.Tag haben sie sich beschwert weil der kleinste mit seinen 2Jahren des öfteren schnellen Schrittes durch die Wohnung ist weil es Ihnen zu laut war und das obwohl wir nur vom Abendessen bis nach dem Frühstück in der Wohnung waren. Dies hat die Stimmung arg getrübt, wir waren anfangs so begeistert und wollten nochmal die Wohnung buchen was wir auf Grund diesen Vorfalls leider nicht tun werden.

Die Ferienwohnung war modern eingerichtet, sauber und hatte für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder die richtige Größe. Die Lage ist auch super, nur 200 m zum Bahnhof und 700 m zur Seebrücke. Die Hauptstraße war für uns nicht weiter störend. Klare Empfehlung.

Für uns und die Kids die perfekte Unterkunft für den Urlaub. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Für jeden Selbstversorger Perfekt 😉

Wir haben uns insgesamt superwohl gefühlt, es hat an nix gemangelt, die Lage ist günstig (einkaufen, Bahnhof UND Strand bequem erreichbar), aber die Kaffeemaschine sollte ersetzt werden, hat ein paar Zicken ;) also nix zu meckern!

Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für gehobenen Anspruch, liegt an der Hauptstraße. Vielseitige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen gleich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Der Parkplatz für mein Auto war leider etwas zu winkelig und ich beschädigte meine rechte Autoseite. Schade !!!

Die Fewo liegt direkt an der Zufahrtsstraße nach Zinnowitz und eine Verkehrsbarriere zur Geschwindigkeitsregulierung direkt vorm Haus - also unbeschreiblich viel Verkehr und das Klappern beim Auf- und Abbfahren der Verkehrsinsel. Die Wohnung wird durch einen Hausmeisterservice betreut, das letzte Mal musste ich vor 20 Jahren in der Jugendherberge das Bett selbst beziehen ... Es gab ein Geschirrtuch für die Woche, Küchenutensilien teilweise ziemlich verbraucht - mit einigen Details hätte es von mir mehr Sterne gegeben, für mich war der Verkehrslärm nicht akzeptabel, Balkon deshalb nicht nutzbar, Schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich.

Unterkunft wurde so wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Waren sehr zufrieden. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer müsste allerdings genauer beschrieben werden, da zb Ältere oder Kinder Schwierigkeiten beim herabsteigen haben können. Ansonsten alles super!

Internet/WLAN schlecht. Abhilfe nur nach mehrmaliger Kontataufnahme, auch dann bei weitem nicht i. O. In der Beschreibung fehlt, dass das Objekt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Wäscheausrüstung sehr knapp bemessen. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können.
