"Toilet clogged bad for no reason of our own, the room and hotel overall were nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and the jacuzzi was HOT - comfortably hot though. The pool is 3.5 feet all around no deeper/shallow end but still fun to swim"

In the Morning there were ants crawling around. When we went to check out we showed the girl picture and she said she would have the manager call. It’s been 6 days so I called again and was told manager would call me tomorrow Which is an entire week ."

"We stopped at the Baymont for an overnight stay while traveling, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. The evening staff who checked us in made us feel welcome, and the breakfast staff the next morning truly made our day. "Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. It's March and the only way to get the heat below 80 is to leave windows open! Doesn't feel to safe leaving ground level windows open. We were roasting hot. We also...

In my room one fourteen, and there was someone that was already staying in the the room.
