Enjoy a fantastic holiday in this modern, luxury detached villa on the water. This property has its own jetty for a sloop, with which you can reach the Veluwemeer lake within a few minutes' boat ride. The jetty is also ideal for a refreshing swim and you can also use it as a relaxing spot for fishing and as a starting point if you go supping (rental at reception). The Villa Park has a communal tennis court and a 9-hole golf course. In the house's garden, there is artificial grass for kicking a ball around with the small children. You can enjoy walking, cycling or sporty mountain biking in the adjacent Harderbos or a little further away through the woods of the Veluwe. Veluwe Lake is 2 km away from the house and water sports enthusiasts can enjoy various adventurous activities here. Grab a terrace on the cosy boulevard in the Hanseatic city of Harderwijk (6 km) and eat a fish at restaurant and fish shop Johannes. Culinary delights can be enjoyed at the many atmospheric restaurants in Harderwijk. The Walibi amusement park, Hans & Grietje Pancake House and Playpark and the Dolfinarium are great days out with the children. Thanks to Zeewolde's central location, you can also spend a day in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. There is an electric barbecue as well as several card and board games. Enjoy a snack and a drink at the bar in the open kitchen, at the large table with great views over the water or outside on the terrace at the picnic table or in the lounge set. The holiday home has a washing machine and a dryer so you can travel light, and you can also charge your electric car in the home's driveway (additional cost). There is a cot and high-chair on request. Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, there may be inconvenience (weekends excepted). The Harderwold Villa Resort is a fireworks-free zone all year round. For the sake of peace and quiet, the park must be quiet at 22:00. A security deposit of EUR 230,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
