Excellent experience!

Perfect and quiet location for easy access to the Fortuna area and YPG. House was very clean and had nice amenities and was nicely furnished. Our dog enjoyed the backyard with green lawn and it was nice to also have use of the garage for parking. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic Home!!

The home was super clean and beautiful with everything you could possibly need for an awesome stay. Our little mini schnauzer absolutely loved the big grass backyard. I highly recommend staying in this wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.

Stay Here When in Yuma! Absolutely Amazing Everything!

This was our first Vrbo experience and Shannon put us at ease with responsive and clear communications, easy check-in and check-out, and a whole "host" of amenities that made us feel right at home! The home was clean, clean, clean -- and very welcoming when we stepped in the front door. We real-time communicated regarding a handful of minor concerns, primarily to let Shannon know for future guests -- no showstoppers at all! The attention to detail and high level of hospitality was evident throughout the house. Shannon's home contributed so much to our stay in Yuma, visiting with family and friends! Thank you Shannon!

We returned to Shannon’s property again in the winter of 2023 because it is a very comfortable place to be in Yuma. The house is clean and well supplied with all you need to feel at home. It is in great location to get anywhere else. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Shannon is an excellent host and always does her best to accommodate your requests. We have reserved with her for January 2024 and hope we can once again enjoy this home away from our home. I give this a very high rating.

Best place in Yuma

This was by far the best-equipped vrbo we have stayed in. Directions, access, and check-in were super easy. The surprise was how nicely stocked up the kitchen was with snacks and coffee. The house was super clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get into town. Auto sprinklers took care of the back yard. Nice back porch. By far the best place we have stayed in while in Yuma. Thanks!

Beautiful home

Excellent location excellent home. Kitchen equiped with everything and more for cooking baking slicing dicing mixing and all the machines....spices .soaps bathing and shampooing needs paper products and the list goes on..oh and the choices of tv viewing were mind blowing to people that are used to direct tv... Highly recommend a stay here we stayed a month and loved it...no need to call the host as there were no problems..also brought a 90 lb.choc. lab 1.5 yr.old dog he liked it also...

A few suggestions…

A note of how to start the shower and towel racks or hooks. More glasses in the kitchen and plates large enough for a steak dinner. Very comfortable house and neighborhood and great yard for our dog.
