"Very cute hotel but there was no elevator, the a/c unit was noisy and parking was difficult. I know the climate was the cause but there were many gnats in the room and lobby:bar."

"Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

"This hotel consists of 3 rooms in a 19th century house in the Garden District. The room (and it looked like the entire house)has recently been remodeled. Care was taken to keep the reno true to the original style of the house. The room was exceptionally clean, but small. The bathroom was very small--cruise ship lower cabin small, but everything worked. The vanity sink had an excellent lighted make-up mirror. The stairway to the rooms was long and steep. "The breakfast buffet was the highlight! The towels were thin and rough. The only microwave was located on the 9th floor, which was very inconvenient because our room was located on the 26th floor. Considering the hotel's ambiance and pricing, that was a let down."
