"This hotel was excellent overall. I was pleasantly suprised as I was in town for a project and booked a last second one night stay as it was very close. The outdoor areas are amazing, pool is central to the whole space, very clean and tranquil. I was especially drawn to the modern-retro design of the spaces and decor. The bar/check-in area definitely reminded me of places I had been as a child, but still created an atmosphere that invited me to relax and have a drink. The rooms keep this same...

"This has to be the best service that I've received in a long time at a hotel. I mean i have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!!! The entire staff from the front desk, dining area, bar....EVERYONE! You can tell that they all love their jobs. The managers here are even very friendly and accommodating!! The rooms were perfect and comfortable. This will be my only place I stay from now on when i come to New Orleans. "

"All of the above. We were looking for a New Orleans type experience and we got it there. The room was fantastic full of beautiful furniture and a great closet. Staff was fantastic especially Cindy in the restaurant. "

"Everything was great the room the staff even the breakfast that was included was great. It was kind of weird the way you checkin from an elevator on ground floor to the 11th floor for checkin. Then a different elevator to go to the rooms. Also the advertised happy hour at four didn’t happen the bar never opened "

"The staff is awesome as well as Common House staff. If you have any issues they will solve it. We couldn’t find the address which our GPS issue. The staff stood outside and also help up park. It truly a home from home on steroids. We walked a couple block and saw some of the best art work. The entire environment is about love and prosperity. I never saw a negative spirit while I was there."

"The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to all places we wanted to visit during our trip to NOLA; so, we didn't have to rent a car. The hotel is inside a shop/museum and its vibes are very upbeat. You can also learn about and purchase all the great tours available in New Orleans. Our room was nice and clean, but the bathroom wasn't spotless. "
