"Friendly staff, room cleaned daily with fresh towels and toilet paper. Free breakfast included. Seven rooms and only 4 ish parking bays on the property, however there is a street nearby without yellow lines. Great place for a short stay."

"Spacious room with view towards the Minster. Everything in the hotel was spotless and well maintained . Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We also had dinner which was lovely and well presented . All the staff we met on our visit couldn't have been nicer or more helpful ."

"The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. However, the staff were not particularly friendly. The reception staff seemed uninterested, and the service at breakfast was also quite unfriendly. A warm welcome and a more positive attitude from the staff would have made the stay much more enjoyable. ..."
