"I had room facing the main road which meant there was a lot of traffic noise. The room was mostly clean but dusty around the windows. My bed was a little too soft for my liking. A small room but it was a single. Shower room was very clean. The staff were excellent and very welcoming from the moment ..."

"A few issues with room, batteries needed changing in both TV remote and safe. Window didn’t close properly and banged in wind. Needed to remind housekeeping to clean room Staff tried their best but very busy Location perfect for visiting York"
