This lovely new home, located just off the 5th hole of Black Bull Golf Course (A top 100 course in Australia) in the Silverwood’s Estate is perfect for a family getaway, golf weekend or weekend away with friends.

You will just love the cooking areas of 19th on Putters. Inside the stunning modern kitchen is what stands out. Featuring a 3m island bench, 90 cm oven and gas cooktop, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer.

Outside in the undercover alfresco area, your entertaining needs are met with an Outdoor Kitchen, smart tv, ceiling fans, 8-seater dining, bar fridge and a fire pit. The large backyard provides plenty of space for the kids to play.

The open plan lounge/dining features a 10-seater dining and 6-seater couch to watch all your favourite shows on the smart tv. 19th on Putters also has a separate second lounge, with a 5-seater couch and smart TV. Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime are included on the smart TVs.

Bedroom 1- Queen Room with fan, walk in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 Queen Rooms, fans, and robes.
Bedroom 4 has 3 King Single Beds (2 x king single beds, 1 King Single) and robe. An additional King Single Trundle is available upon request.

The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub, with a separate toilet.

Heating and cooling provided via ducted heating / cooling throughout the house. The fully equipped laundry features a washing machine. Dryer and iron/ironing board.

Double garage, space for parking in the driveway and a separate additional driveway for people with a boat or a caravan.
Surveillance cameras at property. Both front and rear.

Could not fault this property , everything we needed was there . Location was a little bit out of town so had to drive everywhere but not too far. We had dog as well and even he loved rolling on the lush lawn. 5 stars for this holiday
