"The front desk staff was exceptional— welcoming, empathetic, personal, professional. We pulled over unexpectedly during a torrential rainstorm. We booked, paid, and were in our room within minutes. The room was standard, clean and comfy, but a little noisy because of 81 which should be expected for the location. Happy with the in room coffee maker but there was also coffee in the lobby. "The room was clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable. The bathroom sink needed some attention, it was clogged but they fixed it. And it needs cleaning where dirt and mold is hidden, especially at the overflow drain. Everything else was great. Breakfast is plenty and delicious, a few non-sweet options would be appreciated though. Shower is not a water-saving one, so plenty of flow. Climate control is efficient. Guests are polite and quiet.
