Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the property and 1 additional vehicle can park in the complex overflow lot on a first come first served basis. STR license # 006966.

Rooftop hot tub house

The property was clean, tastefully decorated for Christmas and a perfect place to stay for a family holiday ski vacation. The description was spot on and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The location to restaurants, shops, and public transportation was essential to our stay.

Perfect Spring Break Ski!

The property was excellent for our 3-generation family ski trip. Condo was well stocked for cooking, plenty of space to hang gear to dry, and the rooftop hot tub was a great way to end the day! Location was great, less than a 2 minute walk to the bus stop with littles that takes you directly to Winter Park. 10+ restaurants within walking distance. We felt this place was better than advertised, and the property management company is one of the best we’ve rented with.

Great location and perfect for large groups!

I would highly recommend this to anyone and would definitely come back myself. The place was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked including most seasonings. We had 10 people fit comfortably. We did have one couple stay on the couch on the main level but it wasn’t a big deal because everyone mostly hung out on the 3rd floor balcony and hot tub. Only a short walk to the bus stop and a short bus ride to the main resort for skiing. We were able to walk to a lot of bars, restaurants, and breweries from the condo.

Two Family stay

This was a great place, ideally suited for 2 families of 4 each. In town location cannot be beat. I’m home amenities were plentiful. The roof top deck was the shining star though. Hot tub, bar top, lounging couch and table for 6. Rooftop grill was a nice touch in addition to the main level grill. Only update or upgrade needed would be better pots and pans, but that doesn’t change the 5 star review. We plan to be back.

Nice place, clean and good location. New property, nice furnishings and everything you need. Roof top deck is great. Just be aware, lots of stairs if you have elderly people with you.

Great Place for Group Ski Trip

This condo was great for our group. Large enough to easily accommodate six grown men, with plenty of beds & baths. Location is convenient to both skiing and many good restaurant options nearby. The garage access made things super convenient as well.

Great place great locations

Love the location near great places for food and the winter park shuttle. The hot tub was awesome. I highly recommend this place. The heated garage was awesome(kept ski boats warm). Epic ski rental across the street had awesome aervice and Moon frog coffee was our morning ritual. We also went to Devils thumb for cross country skiing and the location was great for that too. The unit was clean. Lots of big tvs with great sound system. Would highly recommend it.

Best Christmas Ever

We set our expectations high for our family Christmas vacation this year. This property was everything we hoped for and more. Our family of 5 (all adults) stayed here Christmas week 2021 (Dec 23-27). The home is beautiful, spacious, clean and stocked with everything needed. The main floor was tastefully decorated for Christmas, which we really appreciated. I had never spent much time in downtown Winter Park, but it was very nice. There were some great restaurants within walking distance of the townhome and a shuttle to the resort just steps away. It snowed 15 inches in four days, so having the garage was a huge plus! The private hot tub on the roof was awesome, with excellent views. There were plenty of beds and baths for everyone. Two families could easily fit in this rental. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property for a Family Retreat!

Our family (four adults, two kids, and our "furry friend"), stayed at this property over Thanksgiving week and had an amazing time. This was our first time using VRBO in Winter Park and we all came away feeling very spoiled by how great it was -- In fact, I'm sure anywhere else we stay will pale in comparison to our experience at this property. Everything about this property was top-notch and perfectly fit our family's needs. We especially enjoyed stargazing from the rooftop hot tub and the well-appointed kitchen and large dining room for our holiday meal. The 2-car garage was fantastic for keeping our car out of the snow and we were even able to charge up thanks to the 240v outlet and charger in the garage. The location is tough to beat; Right off of US-40 and close to shopping as well as the ski areas, which we took full advantage of for some early-season skiing and boarding. If you are looking for the perfect location in Winter Park with amazing amenities and responsive hosts, this is the place! We really look forward to another stay at this property again in the future!

This is a very nice property and the management company was very quick to respond to an issue we had with the hot tub. However, be sure to check every inch of the property for any damage, even if it’s covered in snow, as you will be held expected to pay for it even if you don’t know it’s broken.

Lovely Property and Location/Property Management Poor

This property and location is lovely, the rooftop patio with hot tub was also a great amenity. However, although the property appeared to be very clean, when we arrived there was a faint smell of pet urine. when we went to use extra bedding we found two comforters that had blood stains on them, and all of the bedding smelled so strongly of detergent that my husband was forced to sleep on the sofa the first two nights, and he was not able to even sleep on the pillows because the smell had permeated the pillow itself and caused him to be sick. I don't understand why this property uses strongly scented detergents on anything. Many people are sensitive, that's why unscented products are so widely used. The only cleaning supplies available in the property were a can of Lysol, Pledge wood cleaner, oven cleaner and granite cleaner. We rent properties all over the world and have never encountered these issues, especially in a property that sleeps 10 people. We ended up have to leave one night early because my 6"5" husband felt ill, and couldn't sleep on the couch a third night. I reached out to the property management before I posted a review, their first response was that their whole team was out of town at a meeting, but that I could have some free "Xplorie" passes to use, I reached out the day we left, by the time they responded we were already home. Their second response was to offer a 1 night free stay for the night we missed, in the same property that had to be booked immediately. YAY!! I didn't ask for a refund or any free stuff, I just asked them to acknowledge that there was a problem, but they made excuses, blamed us for not asking multiple times for fresh bedding, and they made excuses and offered us basically useless stuff. We have rented 3 other properties during the pandemic, every other property was clean, with tons of additional cleaning supplies, hand soap, and hand sanitizer, and bedding that wasn't horribly scented. Lastly, the property manager has "reviewed" us ahead of our review. we can't view it if we don't review the property, so here is my review, I will be interested to see what he has to say.

Weekend getaway

We did not get to stay in this property, I received a call the day we were leaving informing me that we were being moved to another property in the same complex. Although the property they placed us in was nice, we had booked 4 bedrooms and the property they moved us to had 3 bedrooms. The cable wasn’t working so we were not able to watch the playoff games like we had planned. The property manager tried to be helpful and makeup for these last minute changes, but was not successful in getting Comcast to come to fix the cable. I hope that next time we book we will get the property and amenities that we planned for.

My husband and our 5 adult children stayed here over Christmas. This property is truly a 5 Star. The gourmet kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need and top of the line . The property is cozy yet very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. A huge bonus is the hot tub on the roof top deck ! We were also pleasantly surprised that the property was decorated for Christmas and included a Christmas tree ! It made our Christmas away from home truly special. We wished we stayed longer and will definitely be back !

The perfect location and amenities

My parents and I traveled out to Colorado to visit with my daughter for Thanksgiving. We needed a place that "had it all" so that we would feel "at home" enough to spend a few days hunkered down. This property was perfect for that: lots of space to spread out, an incredibly well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals (including a traditional thanksgiving meal), and plenty of entertainment (games, dice, all the streaming tv you could ask for), and ultimate relaxation with the rooftop hot tub and luxurious beds. One last thing I'll mention is all the small details the owner thought of: plenty of extra blankets for lounging, high quality furnishings, a crate, food bowls, and treats for our dog, along with humidifiers and personal fans in each bedroom. Winter Park Oasis

The townhome was awesome!!! Updated and everything we needed for a family get away. I would recommend this home. If I plan to stay at winter park again, I will look for this home first. Thanks.
