Wrap up each day of your vacation cozied up in the plush furniture or soaking in the private hot tub, replete with sweeping resort views. The spacious layout of Lakota Dreamcatcher 133 is perfect for families or groups, boasting two living areas featuring large smart TV's, gas fireplaces, a modern high-end kitchen, a large deck with plenty of seating, a propane grill and a lower level walkout patio. These lounge spaces will allow your group to spread out, then come together when it's time to eat. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for the chef in your group, with seating for eight at the dining room table, and three more at the breakfast bar.

Ready to rest easy? When it's time to turn in for the night, head to one of the four bedrooms split across three levels. All bedrooms have new bedding & decor plus large flat screen TV's. The Primary King Suite on the upper level offers sweeping views and total secluded privacy. Head downstairs for three more bedrooms including a second King Suite, Queen bedroom and bunk room that is perfect for the kiddos. All lower level bedrooms open up to the lower level lounge that has plush seating, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and more!

At the end of your fun day, take happy hour out to the amazing private hot tub & fire pit on the lower level patio and soak in the views of Winter Park Resort. Best of all, this property is pet-friendly for one dog. Your next dream luxury vacation awaits at Lakota Dreamcatcher 133!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on lower level, Queen bedroom on lower level, and bunk room with a Twin/Twin bunk and a Full/Full bunk on the lower level. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Please Note:
- The fire pit is only available for the warmer months as it freezes in the winter.
- Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
- Please note, this home does not have air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan or portable fan in each room.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog which will be added at time of checkout.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage, & two in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted. This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.

Luxury Linen Package Included: This home has crisp, white duvet covers that are washed after every stay. Enjoy hotel-style bedding in the comfort of a home.

Location: Lakota Subdivision, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. Just 3/4 mile from parking lots of Winter Park Resort and shops and restaurants in the Winter Park Village. Three miles from shops and dining in downtown Winter Park. It is a 150 yard walk downhill to the free shuttle pick up spot.

This vacation home is well furnished and spacious for a large group -- my family of three and five additional friends were all able to find plenty of room to socialize and also relax apart (particularly welcome given our toddler's early bedtime). I didn't realize we had booked the place before the resort would be open for the summer, so our options within walking distance were considerably limited, but there were plenty of shops and restaurants open in downtown Winter Park and Frasier. Between the wraparound deck, the hot tub, and the views out of almost every window, this place was an excellent option for very relaxing "staycation" at 9000 feet!

Very clean, well stocked with everything you need. Convenient location. Definitely will rent again. I did miss in the information somewhere that it was a duplex. I usually prefer stand alone homes for privacy. But the unit next to us was empty during our stay.

WE would definitely return. The view was spectacular. The house was clean and dog friendly. House came fully equipped with fans, cleaning gear and games. I would recommend this home to anyone that would love a mountain retreat!

We came up for our oldest son’s wedding in Winter Park. This was the perfect location and had all the amenities we needed to get through the busy weekend of activities. The views were amazing, hot tub was clean and perfect, the fire pit was great and easy to use.

This home was phenomenal for our vacation. There were 5 of us(originally was supposed to be be another family but they couldn’t make it) and there was plenty of room. The house is very well maintained with great furniture inside and out. Kitchen is fantastic although we only cooked breakfast with all the excellent restaurants so close! The kids loved the hot tub. My overall favorite part though was location basically a 1 min drive(10 min walk) to the base of WP and less than 10 min drive to town. Overall highly recommended for a great summer getaway!

We stayed a few extra days after a family reunion and had a wonderful time at this property. It was very comfortable and fully stocked. The property management company was phenomenal communicating with us months in advance, and was very responsive with any inquiries we had. We would recommend bringing sleep masks as the window coverings let a lot of light into the rooms. Some of the bedrooms and bathrooms did not have locks on the doors either, and that would’ve been nice as well. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

This is the perfect place. This house has everything you could need. A ski shuttle actually picks you up and drops you off close to the house. Restaurants/ shops are close by (10-15 minutes). There are three fireplaces. The hot tub is wonderful after a long day of skiing. If there are any problems, they respond quickly.

Outstanding management - always very friendly and responsive to our needs. Great location for a fall get together. Daughter was getting married and this well located to Winter Park village. Plenty of room and lots of dishes and cooking utensils, spices to keep everyone well fed, even for our Sunday brunch! Hot tub was wonderful and the fire pit was mesmerizing! Would highly recommend.
