"Disappointed in stay. Hotel not being kept up. Needs renovation. Carpets filthy. Outdoor patio furniture filthy. Gum and a cigarette butt on patio. Light switches filthy. Bring your Clorox wipes. Paid for parking at check-in. Received a one-hundred-and-six-dollar parking ticket at checkout. They need to get their act together. Will never stay there again."
