"The house itself was very rustic.There were both good and bad. The bed downstairs was comfortable. The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. Just something that should have been done beforehand.I can say the check out was easy and pain free. Where the property fell short was in the communication. "It was great, quiet, peaceful,and relaxing. The only problem was the water pressure was really low in the shower. I would recommend putting a hammock on the back porch. Besides that everything was great."

"The tiny house was so lovely! Really cute and cozy. The only issues were that the outside string lights were pretty bright and made it harder to sleep (there might have been a way to turn them off, we just couldn’t find it) and it did smell a bit like cigarette smoke inside, but not too badly. I also would have brought a couple more blankets and towels, but I’m sure there just wasn’t room to store more of those in a small space. "The place was secluded enough to enjoy the quiet , yet close enough to get to Comal Park. We went out for the day and came back to enjoy the hot tub both nights and it was perfect! The bed was also very comfortable and cozy! Overall, great stay. Would definitely come again!"
