Soothing hot tub and relaxing views by the firepit were one of the best ways to enjoy the quiet TX countryside. Would also be plenty of room for 4 if needed. The extra half bath and study cokes in handy for getting ready on the go. Great use of space for all around comfort. "

"The house itself was very rustic.There were both good and bad. The bed downstairs was comfortable. The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. Just something that should have been done beforehand.I can say the check out was easy and pain free. Where the property fell short was in the communication. "Great Home, I see us coming back in the near future again to this location, it was quiet and peaceful. A beautiful home, felt like I was at home. Our Kids didn't want to leave and continue to ask when we are coming back. Rooms were perfectly clean to great standards. This home does have a washer and dryer, so that helped out alot when coming back from waterparks, the river, and from being outside in the pool area. "The place was secluded enough to enjoy the quiet , yet close enough to get to Comal Park. We went out for the day and came back to enjoy the hot tub both nights and it was perfect! The bed was also very comfortable and cozy! Overall, great stay. Would definitely come again!"
