"Room smelled a bit musty. Spa bath was lovely, bed was comfortable. We were told at check-in, our room was not ready and we would be phoned when it was. This didn't happen and when we went back to reception the key was handed over with no apology 🙄. A bit annoying when you cant check-in till 3pm and you check out at 10am. "

"Nice enough but out of all the places we stayed on our trip the unit was similar in price but the lowest standard of all. The bathroom was very cramped, the shower only had a shower curtain. The room was not serviced properly and I had to go to reception to request a wash cloth and some milk. The staff responded well and sorted it out. The fridge didn't have it's own cupboard and was noisy. The TV screen size was small. For many years most places had small TVs this size but on this trip all...

"I enjoyed my stay here - really clean, super comfy king bed and everything you could need however it is in a noisy spot on a busy corner with a 24 hour petrol station over the road and so that would dissuade me from staying there again, but that is the only reason.
