Our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for comfort and style, making it the perfect retreat! Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, every detail—from cozy furniture to comfy mattresses—has been thoughtfully curated for an enjoyable stay.

Kitchen:
Cook up a storm in our fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, cutlery, wine glasses, dishes, and a touch of spices. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a family dinner, you’ll have everything you need!

Pet-Friendly Backyard:
Your furry friends will love our spacious, fenced backyard—perfect for playtime! There’s also an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs for family picnics or al fresco meals.
Note: Please wear shoes in the backyard—there may occasionally be bits of broken glass.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Our home comfortably sleeps 7 guests with a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed spread across three bedrooms. All have blackout curtains! The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

Workspace:
Need to catch up on emails or work? Enjoy the dedicated workspace, perfect for productivity.

Parking:
Parking is hassle-free with two driveway spots and free street parking. Just a friendly reminder to avoid blocking our neighbors’ driveways.

Throw trash away: Please use the green dumpsters provided in the driveway.
Load dishwasher: Kindly place any dirty dishes into the dishwasher.
Additional request: If possible, please remove sheets from beds that were slept in and place them in the laundry area.

Overall:
Beach Sand: Please rinse off at beach showers before entering the house.

Cleanliness:
Clean up after yourself.
Recycle—bins are outside near the trash.

Energy Conservation:
Turn off lights, fans, and TV when leaving.
Keep the AC steady and avoid opening windows when AC or heat is on.
Run the dishwasher only when full or necessary.

Yard Safety:
Wear proper shoes and use bug spray in the yard.
Avoid cleaning fish in the house or backyard.

Guest Policy: Only listed guests are allowed in the home for safety.

Furniture: Do not move furniture around.

Owner’s Storage: Please don’t open closets labeled “Owner’s Storage” (secured with cameras).

Laundry: Always clear the lint trap before using the dryer to prevent fire hazards.
