"The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Wilmington on foot. The ear plugs and sound machines came in very handy for the nights we did not go out. "

"We had a great time staying here! Every night we sat on the balcony listening to the waves. The bed was comfortable so we slept very well, and I was especially thankful that there was a fan in the closet because we forgot to bring one!! "I would give this 4.5 stars. My husband and I had a really nice time during our December visit despite the rain and cool whether. This unit is ideally located at the upper end of the North End of the island. Views from the front balcony to the beach are awesome. The beach, pier (which currently needs to be rebuilt), and Freeman Park are literally steps away from this unit. Being there in December, we did not deal with the usual tourist chaos so cannot address that impact. Lots of space for...
