"Wonderful spot to stay for a few days in Wilmington. Having designated parking with the ability to walk to many restaurants and businesses was perfect while we could venture out to beaches during the day. The unit had everything we needed! Will definitely book again on our next time in town."

"The location was perfect for our stay in Wilmington, a few blocks from the waterfront and Downtown and its numerous restaurants. There was a main water break in corner of the street the night before our last, but it was not communicated to us, we happened to walk by it, so I sent a message to the property manager to let them know (so they could let the other tenant know as well) but never heard back from him/her. We had no water for a few hours. Another very negative point is that South Front...

"The location was perfect. I got a parking ticket for being 5 minutes late placing the parking pass in the window. We arrived early and paid to park but the parking lot guard had no mercy. The refrigerator did not have a freezer. But the place clean with a great view. Elevators were fast."
