This 1BR 1BA Water Street Center condo is situated in downtown’s desirable Historic District. You’ll love being within blocks of shopping, dining, and lively nightlife. Indulge in views of Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina from your balcony! Perfect for 2 but sleeps 4 with couch pull out.
Located above Wilmington’s Riverwalk, this 1BR Water Street Center condo commands an incredible downtown location. You’re at the heart of the Historic District -- just blocks from shopping, fine dining, and nightlife. 1 mile walk to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion at Riverfront Park.
This top-floor (9th floor), end-unit retreat has a private balcony overlooking Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina. You’re also just a 20-minute drive from Wrightsville Beach.
Make yourself at home in the living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and an armchair. Living room and bedroom have flat-screen TV's with Roku.
Full kitchen - oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, (no dishwasher). Breakfast bar for two.
This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bedroom features a comfy queen bed and a 45” flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Step out onto your private balcony and take in views of Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina.
No parking on property - Free parking pass for one car is available after you check-in at city the parking deck 2 blocks away. $100 fee if pass is not in unit after departure.

We will have 2 wash, 2 hand, 3 bath towels and a floor mat for you in the bathroom with enough toiletries to get you started. If you are staying longer or more than 2 people we suggest bring anything extra you need with you. 4 Guests MAX!

*Must be 21 to book with a Government ID sent to the host. ~ DO NOT rent this property if you are not the guest staying..

No parties! ~QUIET times are observed between 9:30pm and 8:30am.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed. The view was the best part! We loved sitting out on the balcony every evening. Sunset was amazing there! The location is great! We walked to so many good restaurants and shops. We hope to stay again sometime!

All the information needed to check in, unload, where to park and how to check out was clear and concise. Place was very clean and a great location to downtown Wilmington. We especially loved that it was straight across from the USS North Carolina. Made for a cool picture at night.

Easy to locate in great location along the river in the center of the historic district. Instructuons were easy to understand for parking and building access. WiFi was strong and stable. Everything was good except the Keurig coffee pot needed to be descaled to work properly.

Great Downtown Condo!

This extremely clean condo is in a great location and has a beautiful view of the river! Parking is in the public garage right around the corner. Thank you for providing such a wonderful condo! I will be staying again!
