"The property was very clean and nice, but had a strange odor. The sewer small eminated around the front door. In the washer-dryer closet, there was a pipe, and I am guessing that is where the smell comes from. My clothes and duffle bag brought the smell home.
But would stay there again!"

"The location was prime. Walkable to everything we wanted to see. The view and lay out was enjoyable. The gym was nice. However pool was “under maintenance” something tells me it’s been like that for awhile. Upsetting because that’s one of the reasons I booked. My biggest issue was cleanliness of the apartment. Extremely stained carpet on rugs in bedroom to the point where I used towels to lay over it because it looked very questionable. There was a dirty rag bunched up on the railing of the...

"The property seems new and well kept. There are many amenities that enhance the stay including a pool, hot tub, basketball ball court, game room, sauna and steam room. We loved our stay.
Only negatives were there was not an ice machine, there was not daily cleaning service, the towels were OK and we needed our trash emptied but were many sure how to request that.
Overall a great spot. Affordable and lots of space with great views!"

"I booked through Expedia thinking it was a hotel of sorts. I can own that if I did not read all details. What was odd to me was a Venmo security deposit which I paid of couse but the booking is paid through Expedia via a credit card. Keep in mind, it's been 2+ weeks and I still have not received the $300 refund, and I have sent several inquiries.
The instructions pay were incomplete initially. Neither I or my wife could use until the second set came through. I tried to call but it always went...

"It’s a really nice place. Its quite a distance from downtown Chicago. But it’s like 3 minutes from
Chicago Blue line and a minute away from
the bus station.
Food is not a problem since there is a Korean grocery nearby. There is also a nearby Catholic church.
The ameneties in this loft hotel is complete so if you are looking for a budget style trip and accommodation, I highly recommend this place."

"Great location and close to family in center of Oak Park
3 bedrooms worked great for all to have own bed. We managed with 1 bathroom but planned ahead kitchen was adequate but fridge was a bit dated Front sitting area was a gem and really enjoyed that common space
Street was under construction nearby but really helped for any noise. Very quiet when we stayed
Garage parking and space to turn around so not backing into traffic was also key! Definitely plan to return as hosts were great and...
