Please note that the property's HVAC settings vary throughout the year. Air conditioning is offered during the warmer season, while heating is switched on during the colder season.

Damage Waiver

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.
